Agent-IC is a sophisticated mobile application that seamlessly integrates with Clear-Com’s renowned intercom systems, including the Eclipse HX Matrix, Encore Analog Partyline, and HelixNet Digital Network Partyline systems. It transforms Android smart devices into virtual intercom control panels capable of connecting globally over 3G, 4G, and Wi-Fi/IP networks.

The app equips users with an experience akin to traditional intercom key panels, offering full-feature functionality. Among its capabilities are Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint group calling, Partyline, IFB communications with logic triggering, Push-to-talk (PTT), audio level control at local cross-points, and secure notifications—all encrypted to AES standards for peace of mind.

Notably, for Android, it includes a companion app for Wear OS smartwatches, making basic intercom functions like calling and receiving call notifications effortlessly accessible right from your wrist.

Utilization of the app requires an Eclipse HX matrix intercom with virtual panel licenses. Proper authorization and pre-configuration must be arranged by a system administrator using EHX software. Once authenticated, users can connect to the Eclipse HX intercom system from their Android phone or tablet, provided there is internet access through any 3G, 4G, or Wi-Fi/IP network.

For users interfacing with LQ IP devices, the platform also facilitates direct connections to any of Clear-Com’s partyline systems, enabling direct communication with remote contributors.

Installation is straightforward. Simply download and install the game, enter the designated passcode from either EHX or the LQ Core Configuration Manager (CCM) for authentication, and a secure connection will be established. This allows verified users to engage in communications with users across the host Eclipse HX or Partyline network.
